SAH Community Needs Assessment

Saint Anthony Hospital is engaged on many levels in improving and sustaining the overall health and well-being of our community.

As a community-centric hospital, we define ourselves and our services around community needs to improve community health and further community development. We take our mission outside the hospital's walls to address these needs, often in partnership with neighborhood schools, churches, and other nonprofit organizations.

The Community Health Needs Assessment is a requirement of the Internal Revenue Service as part of the Affordable Health Care Act and outlines the areas of highest need in our community.

The Community Health Needs Assessment & Implementation Strategy contains more about the specific initiatives and strategies we offer to address some of those needs.
