Josette Sacco-Winograd serves as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO of Saint Anthony Hospital, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare leadership and administrative experience to the role. Since joining Saint Anthony Hospital in 2016, she has held positions of increasing responsibility, working closely with executive and clinical leadership and supporting key organizational priorities.
As Chief of Staff, Josette serves as a strategic advisor to the President and works in close partnership with key stakeholders to advance organizational initiatives and priorities. She serves as liaison between the Office of the President and the Board of Directors, senior leadership team and staff, community partners, and government officials, playing a central role in coordinating executive operations, as well as facilitating communication and alignment across the organization.
Prior to joining Saint Anthony Hospital, Josette spent two decades at Rush University, where she held management responsibilities across multiple departments. Her extensive healthcare experience and institutional knowledge support her role in helping drive collaboration, organizational effectiveness, accountability, and the continued advancement of Saint Anthony Hospital’s mission.
