Saint Anthony Hospital is building a strong and healthy community.
The goal of the Community Wellness Program is to support individuals and families who face the impacts of trauma, poverty, violence, discrimination, language barriers and limited health access to achieve an improved quality of life by offering free culturally respectful services out of two community wellness centers as well as in various locations across communities.
Our community-based programs and services, often provided in partnership with neighborhood schools, churches, and other nonprofit organizations, offer a wide variety of free social and health-related services, including:
THERAPEUTIC FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES – to promote strong, healthy, parent-child relationships, as well as the social, emotional and intellectual development of young children.
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES – offering therapy to community members ages 10 through adult experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety through our individual, couples and family sessions.
CASE MANAGEMENT – providing varied support, such as advocacy and accompaniment, and services including housing assistance, crisis intervention, economic assistance and employment support, among other system navigation.
HEALTH CARE ACCESS – assisting families, individuals, and seniors by connecting them to health insurance, public benefits, and senior wellness programs.
FREE PREGNANCY TESTING – offered at multiple locations. Confidential and no appointment necessary.
