Saint Anthony Hospital addresses the challenges that the members of its community encounters.
Saint Anthony Hospital is engaged on many levels in improving and sustaining the overall health and well-being of the community. As a "community-centric" hospital, we define ourselves and our services around the needs families have for better health and greater success. We take our mission outside the hospital walls to address these needs, often in partnership with neighborhood schools, churches, and other nonprofit organizations.
The Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy, which we submit to the Internal Revenue Service and the Community Benefits Plan Annual Report, which we submit to the Illinois Attorney General outline the areas of greatest need in our community and describe the programs and services we have that address them.
